TOUCH AND TRY TOUR

A promotional tour of Italy’s main shopping centres to present LG’s new top-of-the-range phones. In order to introduce the full range of features of LG’s new mobile phones, Urban.:Fx really put the experience in customer experience.

Guests could try out the devices and test their various features for themselves. Everyone was given the chance to take part in a photo competition with the chance to win 1 of the 8 phones up for grabs. Participants simply had to take a photo in the dedicated area and fill in a participation card, and the photos were printed there and then and gifted to guests with a gadget. Urban.:Fxdevised and created the concept and the displays, picked the shopping centres and handled all relations with these, and developed all the creative ideas for the event. 150 people working together to create a truly memorable Experience Tour.
