For the Fall/Winter sales campaign, Coccinelle needed to connect with its global network of buyers in an engaging and accessible way. Urban.:FX translated the traditional showroom presentation into a high-quality digital format.

We produced a comprehensive B2B digital event to present Coccinelle’s Fall/Winter collection to international buyers. We developed a custom web VR platform to host the live broadcast and serve as an on-demand content repository post-event.

  • Management of a 3-hour live broadcast and the creation of a digital VR showroom featuring three key speakers rotating to present Commercial, Marketing, and Product strategies.
  •  Creation of a dedicated, branded VR microsite for secure access to the live stream and on-demand replay.
  • Structured the event flow to ensure high engagement for 150 remote stakeholders.
